My life changed in May of 2019. As I sat in an IV room for 9.5 months 3-4x a week 6-8 hours a day I had time to ask myself this: "Who do you want to be when you get out of here?" The resounding thought was this: ➡️I want to help people get through hard times. ➡️I want to create a community for people to be supported during hard times. ➡️I want to people to feel less alone. I would have never been able to create Emotional Health Accelerator without going through a dark night of the soul journey for myself. I never thought this would be my life but this is what I am meant to be, an Emotional Health Coach.
