Alice FitzPatrick

I am an energetic person passionate about the hospitality industry and the variety of customers it attracts. I enjoy building relationships with customers, ensuring they have had a pleasant experience and return time and time again. Eager to learn and adaptable, I am able to tackle any challenge or scenario which may arise. My administration skills are of a high standard as well as my computer skills, enabling me to keep detailed records and logs as required. My fluency with social media allows me to keep in touch with valuable contacts, capitalise on current trends and expand on promotional materials. Through my English Literature degree course I was able to develop my skills in communication whilst improving my written evaluation abilities, proudly graduating with an Upper Class 2:1. My reliability, fierce determination and friendly nature are among many assets I would bring to the workplace. I have experience in project management and strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and use my own initiative, as well as in a team environment. I also have the ability to prioritise whilst under pressure meeting tight deadlines. Having gained experience in the ‘bar trifecta’ – cocktails, wine and beer - I hope to achieve my Level 2 BIIAB Award and therefore gain a personal license from Hammersmith and Fulham council within the upcoming months. Outside of the work environment, my passions include blogging; with a couple of projects currently underway. Alongside this, I enjoy frequent trips to the theatre, outdoor sports and cinema.
