An experienced Management Consultant, I have developed projects around the world, with a particular focus on supporting FMCG companies in their commercial strategy. Specifically, I have significant experience in Market Scans (size of the opportunity, competitor analysis, organic and inorganic entry strategy) and Distribution Management (distribution partner assessment and selection, ongoing management, and continuous improvement). I have developed projects at a local, regional and global level, working with client teams of all seniorities both in the design and roll-out or implementation phases. Additionally, I also have experience in a number of other areas, including business planning, organisational structure and sales team management, as well as in other sectors, such as retail.
