Hey, Thank you for browsing my profile. I came to Shenzhen in 2008 and worked at a shipping clerk at the beginning. Quickly I find this is not the job what I like. In June of 2019, I started as sales responsive in connectors field. Shenzhen is a very "hard-working" city, I mean too many young people in this city are in "hard-working" status. Me too. I focus on working over 10 hours and keep on learning knowledge of my own filed. Besides that, I learn a lot about PCB field, just for making ensure I understand clients' applications well. At the same time, I start to enlarge my sight to the industry level and with experiences growing: 3D printing clients use FFC/FPC,1.25mm pitch Wire harness. Lighting companies use our Battery holders and battery clips. Medical companies use Wire to Board Connectors, Harness. Wearing Smart devices use our Pogo connectors and Magnetic Cables. Security companies use ... LOT clients use... For the PCB Headers and Socket, Wafers, that are our quite mature products which widely use in many industries. My conclusion is of course limited because many end clients use parts over the above range. I'm too,too familiar with the below parts: 1. Hardware machinery pins include PCB Pins, Receptacle Pin, Solder-Cup pin, Pogo Pin 2. Hardware stamping, pins stamping, pad stamping, battery clips stamping 3. PCB Connectors 4. Cable Assemblies and Wire harness I understand key points for above every category. For example A receptacle pin inside with a 3/4/6 finger clip mating what size male pin. Example 2 , if customer provide a part number for Mill-max or preci-dip, will ask their application and quickly suggest proper plating thickness and quote shortly. Example 3 , about the Wire harness, If customer provides drawings use original Molex or Amp housing, and crimping terminals, we'll quickly find high-quality alternative parts to quote. Custom-Make: Jiatel manufacture many standard connectors, and battery holders. Basis of that, we provide customized solutions to meet specific requirements. Different parts take different cost in tooling. A battery clip ( for any button cell batteries ) takes around US$ 800, a Pogo pin in different shape takes around US$ 200 (plunger, barrel, plating), A small changed plastic in battery holder takes around US$ 800, a customized pogo connector in any plastic shape takes US$ 2,500, a USB connector involving 5 toolings that takes US$ 30,000!
