I have been with the Charity since 2017 and now hold a Service Manager position where I Line Manage various departments within our service. Before this I was a Young Adult Carer worker and supported our 16-25 year old service users through one to ones to help them with mental health, education, housing, employment, finances and other general issues they may be having.
