I am an experienced executive and operator with a proven record of leading and guiding teams through rapid growth while maintaining programmatic and operational integrity and a positive company culture grounded in Servant Leadership. I foster collaborative relationships across all departmental functions to achieve company goals and to ensure employees feel like valued and informed members of the team leading to positive customer relations. I believe fostering a positive company culture is essential not only to strengthen employee morale and retention, but to achieve successful growth and facilitate change. I have 10+ years of experience in operating multiple service divisions in 8-23 states, developing and/or enhancing processes, systems, and infrastructure to support new business offerings to bolster a company's growth. This growth has been achieved through new sales, de novo locations and acquisitions while maintaining compliance with contracts and state regulations and fiscal health. I led customer-relations efforts to maintain healthy customer relationships and have partnered with and supported sales presentations and processes to expand the company's portfolio. In addition, I have also participated in management presentations and the diligence process to gain a new private equity sponsor. As an executive operator, I have: - led the operations of four (4) service divisions, across 17-23 states in 150+ locations, providing educational, ABA therapy, and speech-language, occupational and physical therapies to up to 20,000 children and young adults per year; - developed budgets, forecasts and executed annual P&Ls of $125M+ in revenue; - supervised 6-12 direct reports with an infrastructure of 2,000-3,000 employees; - led customer-relations efforts for 200+ annual school district contracts; - led the operational integration of five (5) acquisitions to create a new, cohesive operating division; - facilitated 40+ trainings on company culture (including Servant Leadership), management & team leadership, team-building strategies, customer relations and sales strategies and processes; - assisted in the development of and co-facilitated eight (8) company-wide annual leadership development conferences (100-200 attendees); - led an operating division (Ombudsman) to receive AdvancED's first-ever Corporate Accreditation; - experience in private equity sponsor/board relations and presentations, including the development of quarterly board reports, for two (2) different private-equity sponsors.
