Product development manager and master`s degree holder in food chemistry with a wide professional and academic experience in food science. Holder of Pharmacy and Biotechnology bachelor's from the German University in Cairo, 2010. Currently working as R&D manager at Savola group, which is one of the biggest food companies in the Middle East and North African region with a wide products portfolio including, oils, fats, sugar, pasta, bakeries and canned food. Accountable for managing product development projects in Egypt, KSA, Sudan & Algeria from ideation phase till execution and leading cross-functional teams in the technical aspects of product development. Member in the “Merci Doctors Charity Association” since 2012, where I am organizing and participating as a pharmacist in regular medical convoys to different underprivileged areas in Egypt in order to provide free medical examination and treatment in a wide range of different medical branches through one day clinics to all patients who seek medical checkup on the day of the convoy.
