I have been working in the Strength and Conditioning Field for over 5 years. The majority of this has been in the private sector working with adolescent individuals and teams. I am a CSCS and also certified through USAW. I have a passion for performance training and have been privileged to train with hundreds of athletes. I am always ready to learn new training techniques and networking with coaches to expand my knowledge. My goal as a Strength Coach is to help athletes understand the importance of year round training to stay healthy and to improve their athletic abilities.
