Key Accomplishments:•Manage front end and pharmacy operations of a high volume (+$17M), urban 24 hour retail store, overseeing more than 50 employees.•Member of regional digital leadership team responsible for the launch of numerous digital programs and the corresponding employee behaviors necessary to achieve results. •Handpicked to plan, coordinate, and execute a successful drive-thru COVID-19 testing site operating within the existing workflow and footprint of a retail pharmacy.•Exceeded expectations integrating the business and staff from an acquisition into existing store operations, retaining over 65% of prescription volume. Coming from a family with three pharmacy professionals, I was inspired by them to pursue a career in healthcare by becoming a pharmacist so that I could make a positive impact on my patients' health.
