Amanda Freke

My current position suits me perfectly as a child who grew up alongside home computing and the Internet. It is my job to try and stay on top of new trends and technologies whilst staying grounded in what is possible in the present (and for the client's budget). I love the challenge that I get everyday and working with clients closely to develop their requirements or ideas. Equally finding a solution to a problem that a client hasn't realised exists is equally satisfying. I enjoy the analytical challenges of examining analytics reports and creating new views into data as much as the more creative challenges of conceptualising new functionality for clients. I love seeing my ideas turned into reality and although they aren't all successful or even get past the client approval stage, I take it on board and move onto the next project. Some of these ideas that fall by the wayside may even be transformed into reports or strategic presentation for clients. Oh, and I'll never turn down a opportunity for cake. Or ice cream.
