Ideas. Most of my career has been based on ideas. (So has my personal life) I love the potential of ideas and brainstorming ideas, but I really love being able to work with others and figure out ways to fine-tune and personalize that idea and realize it in the form of a successful product/campaign/outcome for them! Helping is my second passion. My whole career has been based on helping in some capacity. I love to serve others and make great things happen for them! Most recently, I have started my own business in interior design and real estate because I have so many ideas for homes and helping clients realize dreams for a beautiful and comfortable home. I have turned a hobby and passion of mine into something that is beneficial for others. And while I love this tangent, my heart also lies with marketing. I am able to see the big picture, where they might be bogged down in all the minutia, and give them solid steps and strategies to employ. I have been in marketing in some format my whole career as well. Starting out as an orthodontic technician, while I finished my Bachelor's degree, taught me some serious soft skills. It also exposed me to marketing and learning internal and external techniques to drive more business. I was able to transition to a whole different role at Family Dentistry & Aesthetics where that basic experience was able to grow and blossom into more strategic marketing strategies as well as project management. All of this prior experience prepared me for the challenging role at Do it Best Corp. I was drawn to this company because of the culture, as that was super important to me. I was responsible for a region of 600 stores, and while there was able to create some real momentum for stores increasing overall profitability by incorporating their needs with my ideas and the offerings we were able to provide. I built some amazing relationships both within the company and with the stores I was helping. I'd love to connect!!
