Amber Gerard

Amber Castleberry comes to Optomi with a strong background and successful track record in the staffing industry. She launched her career at Robert Half where she was a top performer and was promoted to the Division Director seat within the first year. She then took her career to the corporate side as Corporate Recruiter for Technisource. There, her talent for representing a company's culture and values were revealed. Amber's role at Optomi is diverse. As the Director of Corporate Relations, she oversees the recruitment of top talent for internal positions at Optomi and serves as the liason between Optomi executives and producers. In her variety of responsibilities, Amber embodies Optomi's culture as she interacts with external candidates and internal employees.
