I am a design mechanical engineer who has background in ANSYS finite element analysis (FEA), engineering design, prototyping, and project management. I also have gained 4 years of engineering design and project management experience on heating ventilation & air conditioning systems in the built environment industry. These 4 years have developed me as an individual who handles pressure well in delivery of projects and technical specifications for bespoke projects. I have also seen considerable training in handling business and client meetings extracting project and client requirements. I have worked on dozens of projects from client one to ones to critical million pounds project investigations and can handle such delegations well. My product design strength lies in scratch designs from concept art all the way to 3D CAD models which I am confident with using AutoCAD Inventor 2017. I have then used my CAD designs and used exports to create dozens of 3D printed parts using ABS, TPU and PTEG materials. I have spent hours experimenting with material and print parameters affecting part quality. I also have a project background involving electronics circuit design and C+ programming, one for an autonomous non-destructive testing robot (NDT) and another which was an air humidity sensing alarm using a PIC 16F series Chip.
