I help corporations, universities & governments to achieve their growth objectives through internationally-connected entrepreneurial ecosystems. I excel in vertical weaving of a strategic context refinement, executive planning and results-oriented execution.Earlier in my career, I led Global Go-to-Market for Israeli startups that aspired for global leadership, while bridging the multi-national cultural gap: During the late 1980’s, leading Fibronics’ S&M in France, I helped the company become a market leader in Europe. During the 1990’s, as VP S&M f NiceCom (a leader in ATM switching; acquired by 3Com) I led a global 30-strong team that penetrated global markets, grew sales from 0 to $200M in 3 years and reached global market leadership. During the 2000’s I co-founded Aternity, a Boston/Tel Aviv-based provider of application performance management software and served as its President and Member of the Board.Starting in 2010, I took an active role in multiple Boston-based community initiatives, with a global touch: Connector and co-chair of strategy sessions at Boston World Partnerships; co-founder of the Global CleanTech Meetup; CleanTech leader and then Chairman of New England Israel Business Council.All these led to a high-impact role at MassChallenge ("MC"): Director of Global Partnerships. I co-founded MC Israel, making Jerusalem a leading Global Hub of MC. I played a similar role in establishing MC Global Hub in Lausanne (Switzerland), and led a significant partnership between MC and the Lyon, France ecosystem.After leaving MC I reactivated my boutique consulting firm. Major clients (past and/or current) include global corporations such as Analog Devices (www.analog.com; corporate venture team member), Johnson Matthey (www.matthey.com; ecosystem partner in Israel, Boston & beyond), Ansell (www.ansell.com; Open Innovation consultant), as well as Universities such as Monash University (www.monash.edu; Strategic Adviser and Ecosystem Builder for Monash Biomedical Imaging and the Australian Center of Excellence for Integrative Brain Function).I am a speaker in global conferences such as the annual Global Technology Leadership Dialogue (Melbourne, Aug-2019) and the annual EBN European Innovation Hubs conference (Rome, Oct-2019)
