A visionary, transformative, and entrepreneurial professional with 14+ years of global experience in the Energy industry; I bring to the table, exceptional skills in establishing robust B2B partnerships, leading Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, driving business growth, streamlining operations, and implementing large-scale digital & business transformations. I have held P&L accountability, mitigated risks, controlled costs, and established governance framework of multi-million programs & projects across USA and APAC. I progressed through various roles from grassroot levels to strategic, global ones within a span of a decade. In one of my recent-most roles, I was handpicked at Siemens to lead and grow the digital product portfolio. As a Change Agent, I supported several GTM initiatives and was commended by the CEO for introducing ‘Digital Twin’ offering – a one-of-a-kind, maiden initiative in the organization. On several occasions, I have been handpicked by the Executive leadership to turnaround performance of programs, to ensure client retention and business continuity. An example of this is the support I extended to enable Seven Lakes Technologies transition from a service-based GTM model to a SaaS one. An MBA from INSEAD and a civil engineering graduate, I believe in continually adding value to my professional skills. I keep cognizant of emerging methodologies and apply hands-on resolutions to diversified issues.
