Most recently, my responsibilities as a clerk with UNRWA has enabled me to work with diverse individuals including school principals and teachers which provided me numerous and valuable experiences. So in addition to improving my technical skills like computer skills( word, excel, PowerPoint, internet), typing( English and Arabic) data entry skills, this period of work helps me to be more responsible, to finish work at time, and improves my communication skills. While my resume and credentials attest to my professional qualifications, I have many additional personal experience that support my knowledge and sensitivity.
