Patent Attorney since 2005. I am a registered Indian Patent agent, and an advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. Post-graduate in Pharmaceutics and also a Law graduate, both from University of Delhi. Work for both domestic & foreign clients in the drafting and prosecution of patents in the areas of pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymers, microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. I also provides opinions on the validity and enforcement of patents, freedom to operate, infringement analysis and assists clients with due diligence, technology transfer and licensing apart from managing patent portfolios. I regularly appear before the Indian Patent Office, the Intellectual Property Appellate Board and various Courts including the High Court of Delhi in connection with prosecution and enforcement of patent rights. I regularly speaks at various conferences and seminars. Regularly attends BIO and a member of IPA.
