I am a Graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai and specialize in Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution and Insolvency/Bankruptcy Disputes. I have experience in advising and representing Clients in complex Civil and Commercial Disputes across a variety of sectors and practice areas before the High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and other Dispute Resolution Forums in India. My area of practice more particularly includes Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Insolvency/Bankruptcy Disputes, with a focus on Contractual Disputes, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Documentation and Claims. I also have experience in advising and representing various Clients in Criminal matters, including White-Collar Crimes, before the Criminal Courts in Mumbai. The area and practice of Dispute Resolution interests me to a large extent because I enjoy working on the intricacies and complexities that we so often come upon in Legal Disputes in Court Proceedings and otherwise in Indian Law.
