In adult learning, hold a SHRM-SCP cert and actively working towards a PhD in Human Capital. I am a strategic HR Business Partner with strong skills in talent management, talent acquisition, organizational and people development. I extremely passionate about people and strongly believe that people make it happen in an organization. I believe in a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that puts employees and customers first, listens and empowers employees to make decisions. In HR, or people experience, it is our duty to provide solutions that enable the business and continuously engage our employees. I am also extremely passionate in living, demonstrating and developing the right behaviors that drive results. How we "show up" daily is what counts the most. It is so much more than tasks on a goal sheet or a "checked box" on a to-do list.
