Ana Cortes

Co-captain of the Rutgers Women´s Golf Team and international student from Colombia. I am part of the Rutgers Business School, and I am highly interested in pursuing a double major in both Finance and Management. I enjoy working with numbers and analyzing different situations that require problem solving and critical thinking skills. Being an International student has helped me develop an adaptable personality which has been really helpful in times of crisis. As a student-athlete, I have a strong sense of commitment and a hard-working mentality that has helped me to achieve my goals and maintain my 3.66 GPA. I am a coachable student eager to learn from every experience, and I highly enjoy teamwork that further strengthens my communication and leadership skills. I seek to continue enriching my personal and professional development through rewarding and fulfilling experiences.
