Throughout my career over the past 15 years as a capable, proactive, reliable team player, I have gained a broad range of experience in the Customer Service, Tourism, Retail Industries and Hospitality. I am committed to best practice, problem solving, and someone who thrives on serving people. I would describe myself as having an extroverted personality with exceptional customer service skills. Additionally, I have a friendly outgoing nature; I am empathetic and focused on delivering a great customer experience. Polite, talkative, honest, I am able to work effectively, both as part of a team or independently. Throughout my previous roles I have delivered strong performance results and I consistently strive to achieve and surpass the targets set for me.
