Experience: • 4+ years experienced as technical-commercial executive - CEO / CTO within the energy- and process industry delivering turnkey solutions as both contracting and manufacturing company. • 10+ years of experience leading organization covering the majority or full value chain. • 20+ years of experience as engineer and project manager in R&D, product configuration, product management and standardization – Heat and power, sustainable energy, green technologies. Results: • Change management / transformation improved the monthly business result from a +0% to a stable +15% result within12 months. • Leaded the sales of the largest project (EPC) ever won in group history for a 3-digit mill. DKK amount. • Reduced quality issues by 85% over a 18 month period implementing QA/QC workflow processes. • Obtained significant cost reduction in manpower over a period of 3 years: - Productivity - Turnover increased from 1,34 mDKK per PTE´s to 2,05 over a 3 years period. - Efficiency – Reduced engineering hours per order with 29%.
