I have an analytical mindset regardless if I am engaged in improvements of deliverables and processes, innovative solutions, financial controlling or understanding stakeholders’ business issues and how they could be solved. My ability to go deep without losing sight of the holistic perspective, and genuine enthusiasm for value add and technology renders me a trusted advisor. This is particularly true when I can employ new tech in problem solving and improvements, supporting stakeholders’ digital transformation. I create or exploit available structures in my work and am an organising and dependable figure for my stakeholders. Agile practices have become a great supplement to traditional governance, and creates a more fun working environment. I believe we need to continuously learn and improve on ourselves and our lives. Currently I am improving my understanding and skills in Data Science, Cognitive Computing / Augmented Intelligence and Automation.
