Over my 20+ years of work experience, I have progressed in my career across four main industries, lived in different countries working with Fortune 500 global companies/international groups. Got several change and also general management experience. My goal is to continue learning with an outside-in thinking approach towards top leadership. ● With 10 years of second and two years of third-line level management (out of 22 years in people management) experience, I have led teams of up to 130 members and gained significant expertise in customer services (levels 2-3-4) and regional operations management & business development in EMEA. Throughout my career, I have inherited several challenging situations where I had to clean up, lead the way, and rebuild the business by raising the bar. ● I have a passion for evaluating P&L through analytical skills & data management and commercial awareness. Additionally, I have significant experience in key stakeholder management (internal & external) and international project management.
