As a Business Executive for a leading Financial Services company, my main goal and job description is to "grow” the company. Key focus being on: Increasing brand awareness, recruiting Financial Advisors, building their abilities and business acumen and coordinating public relations. I am also focused on being the key driver in my business model, constantly working towards achieving financial and growth goals, both personally and for every Financial Consultant within my business model. Ensuring compliance to financial services regulatory requirements at all times, whilst driving Revenue and Sales Targets to the maximum potential of the individual and the business, is just one of my many key strengths.
