I have 8+ years of software development experience and in the last years I combined this experience with my passion towards helping people with their highly ambitious growth plans and leading teams to successful reach their goals. I specialize in people management, Agile framework, application lifecycle management and Microsoft technologies. Over the past years, I’ve leaded multiple teams of software developers, who delivered high revenue-generating projects (more than 25.mil Euros), in the finTech and e-commerce sectors.
