Graduated Biomedical Scientist with 2.1. Consolidated my critical thinking, communication, time management skills and my practical knowledge through my degree and work experience. While studying here I got to cover the following key professional skills: • The ability to plan, execute and communicate an independent programme of scientific investigation within a supported framework, in which skills such as time management, problem solving, and independence are achieved. • Demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate the current scientific literature and data, and to communicate this effectively in both written and oral form. • Forming groups of 3-4 people at workshops and laboratories to improve our communication, teamwork and organising skills. At my part-time job my responsabilites included : • Collaborating with a team from various backgrounds. • Providing training and initiation for the new members that joined the team. • Tracking targets under pressure and meet them. • Following the procedure to provide quality standards. • Coordinating and communicating efficiently with my team to ensure they know and follow the procedure. • Being able to provide constructive and appreciative feedback
