My Basic Qualifications: - BS degree in Food Science, Department of Food science and technology, Biotechnical faculty, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. - 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing, food quality, food safety, food traceability, nutrition, regulatory, retail food safety. - Knowledge of food safety laws and regulations and capable of communicating requirements to non-food safety colleagues. - Comfortable interacting with local regulators Risk assessment skills (safety, legality, quality). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional organizational skills. - Comfortable working independently and autonomously. - Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements. - Identify internal food safety procedures and training needs. - Coordinate with Learning, Retail, Development, Sell and other teams of your company. - Create and monitor business metrics to track compliance and process effectiveness.
