Andrew Bryan

My expertise as an independent educational consultant is in gap year counseling and college advising, including career guidance for students who have experienced emotional, behavioral, and/or learning challenges. I primarily orchestrate and implement transitional planning and support for adolescents and emerging adults. My educational consulting and mentoring model is based on the premise that people learn basic life skills through positive interaction with the world around them. The center of my work is assisting individuals in discovering their purpose, essentially embracing the question: "Who am I, and what do I have to offer the world around me!"​ Through this process, clients identify their Core Gift and explore ways by which they can successfully engage with others. Emerge Educational Consulting is designed to provide unique and dynamic experiences to help people identify their path and live more fully through an awareness of their journey, including life adventures with both peers and mentors. The Emerge College Success Program is a unique opportunity to work directly with myself and Kylie Peters, my associate, while enrolled in college coursework. Additionally, our program for emerging young adults includes facilitated international walking treks and pilgrimages through the Trek Epic Gap Year program, a full gap experience integrating ongoing guidance and mentoring with self selected activities and gap year options.
