I am the UK Managing Director at Adams Bridge Global. I have 25 years’ deep expertise advising ‘blue chip’ clients across Europe, the US and Middle East. My career is founded on leading transformational programmes involving Real Estate technology, organisational change and business process improvement from initial concept through to successful implementation. I am highly experienced in assisting management teams with the alignment of business strategy to operational execution, and have served as a trusted business advisor with regard to delivering complex and leading edge real estate technology solutions internationally. I have advised on strategic technology solutions and operational improvements to owners, operators, occupiers and investors in real estate. Prior to joining Adams Bridge I was: • A Partner at Deloitte UK, a global accountancy firm where I was the UK Real Estate Technology Lead. • A Managing Director at RealFoundations, a global real estate management consultancy specialising in Real Estate Technology where he built a delivery team across Europe. • In the senior management team of IBM UKI’s Asset Management Group, a leader of their Real Estate & Facilities practice area and the UK focal point on Smarter Buildings. • An Associate Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (‘PwC’) Real Estate & Capital Programme Management Consulting practice in the UK following joining Coopers & Lybrand before its merger with PwC. I hold an MBA and is a Fellow-level Chartered Engineer.
