I'm an architect of revenue operations - I design and build: culture, teams, processes, tech stacks, campaigns, and strategies that grow revenue and have positive ROI. I'm a PRO at Hubspot, designing and implementing automated workflows (internal and external facing), developing growth playbooks and implementing them, coaching and training sales & marketing teams to be effective, and creating winning strategies. I like to be extremely thoughtful first, act & do with speed and agility, adapt and improve along the way, and always strive for excellence. From a leadership and relationship standpoint I believe first and foremost in treating everyone with love and care. To me that means leading from the front and being the example, listening, having empathy, communicating clearly, setting expectations and accountability to those expectations, and executing the mission.
