• Manage forensic investigations and dispute consulting engagements mainly related to financial litigation and security industry investment related cases. • Provide consultation regarding financial analysis, trading patterns, market trend research, risk analysis, alternative damages models, and case assessment related to securities litigation and other financial matters, involving a variety of investment products. • Testify as a quantitative expert in State Court and NASD/NYSE forums on more than 50 occasions. • Serve on the Strategic Leadership Team. • Select engagements include:  Performing a variety of forensic investigations and consulting engagements for public companies.  Providing consultation regarding a breach of contract lawsuit which included an analysis of inventory and shipment records, unit costs, foreign exchange fluctuations, required disclosures under Australian accounting standards and a comparison of internal documents to external communications to customers.  Providing analysis of asset and sector allocations, relative risk of alternative hypothetical investments and damages calculations across various investment products, including stocks, options, annuities.  Providing analysis and advice regarding various accounting issues with regard to stock option accounting in a criminal case involving alleged backdating of stock options.  Calculating profit and loss associated with investment decisions made by a retail investor with respect to retirement based investment products and other alternative investments.  Providing advice and preparing various statistical analyses related to derivative lawsuits against various directors and officers related to historical stock option accounting practices.  Analyzing trading activity (market timing etc) in specific stocks and corporate debenture securities in light of research reports issued by Wall Street firms and other reporting agencies.
