I am an intrapreneur who seeks to creatively automate tasks and improve methods in light of the big picture of your company’s goals. Bettering my efficiency, relevancy, clarity, and company-wide consistency is my constant concern. My work is detail-oriented and well-documented. Understanding new technologies and tools comes easily for me, and I enjoy utilizing them to provide as much value as possible. If I don't know a better way to accomplish a goal or task, I will search and learn until I find one, and then master it. I work hard to exceed expectations and to maintain a high level of trust and professionalism. A problem-solving attitude is important to me, even within stressful situations. I am also outgoing and friendly, easily creating positive relationships with co-workers and customers. “That’s not my job” is a foreign attitude for me, since effective team-work always expands opportunities for both the individual and the company. My ego is never more important than doing my best work and improving myself. Consequently, I am not easily offended, and welcome criticism. While I am open and direct in my opinions, I respect managerial decisions with the understanding that unity and common goals are more important than my personal preferences.
