Andrew's career spans 25 years in strategic business development, commercialisation and operational management roles with new ventures and growth companies.Andrew has worked as a senior executive with a range of companies, from large corporations to start-up ventures, managing the development and translation of innovative technologies, techniques and programs, spanning the physical sciences and engineering, biotechnology, and the social sciences. He has held the position of Director with more than 15 companies operating across a diverse range of industries, from healthcare to engineering and manufacturing to services. In recent years, Andrew has assisted start-up companies and research entities in raising well over $100M in investment capital and grant funding.Andrew enjoys applying his management and mentoring skills and experience to build the innovative capacity of organisations, teams and individuals, and facilitating the translation of these innovations through to application.
