Andrew Dickenson

As a 25-year veteran of development, operations, sales and marketing leadership, Andrew has spent much of his career building and leading organizations with a focus on growth. In 2021, Andrew joined an up and coming medical health software company, Mahler Health PM, LLC., and in August of 21 he took over as the CEO. Prior to that, Andrew has successfully started and grown several other companies throughout his career. Most notably, in 2007 he co-founded Ackmann & Dickenson with Michael Ackmann and since that time he and his partner built and led the organization from it's humble beginnings to it's staff of over 70 employees located across the country with offices in Minnesota, Arizona and South Carolina before selling the company in 2016. Over it's 10+ year history A&D sustained steady, stable, growth averaging nearly 30% year over year. Prior to Ackmann & Dickenson, Andrew worked as a consultant for organizations such as Dell, IBM, Land ’O Lakes, UnitedHealth Group and Wells Fargo increasing strategic sales and operational efficiencies. Andrew also worked as a leader for Dallas-based Autonomy etalk and Minnesota-based companies UnitedHealth Group and Innuity Inc. Since 2015, Andrew has served on the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital Philanthropic Board of Directors. He also co-founded, co-owns and sits on the Board of Directors at Luray Peanut Company. Andrew graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
