Includes development of key indices now used as financial metrics in major delivery contracts. • Business Process Re-Engineering: Built tools to automate reporting processes, from simple excel-based charting of large datasets, to complex heat-maps. Automation of large-scale manual processes, saving massive senior level costs to redirect into adding insight and value. • Team and Department Management: Responsible for P&L, contract management, and direct line management of staff since 2003, most recently running a team of 5 and with project-level management for 10 or more staff at most times. • Business Development: Converting leads created through Harris Interactive’s push into the media sector as part of a converged Technology Media and Telecoms practice, resulting in a +£1million business from scratch in two years. Successfully moved from commodity research towards consultancy-based, value-add position.
