Andrew Giandomenico

I have worked in diesel maintenance for the last 17 years. I have experience in many different mine sites in Australia and overseas; managing, training and supervising tradesmen and apprentices as well as having sole responsibility for the running of workshops. I have experience working as a Mobile Maintenance Coordinator for St Barbara Mining at Gold Ridge in the Solomon Islands, where I was responsible for the supervision of maintenance activities and managed a team of eight national tradesmen and apprentices. Previous to Gold Ridge, I worked on many mine sites as shutdown and maintenance crew, while also working as a contractor for myself in the Townsville area. I currently work as Maintenance Coordinator at Byron Bay Dive Centre; which requires me to devise and implement scheduled maintenance systems for a fleet of tow vehicles and dive vessels, as well as manage a team of workshop staff. I am currently seeking a role as a Mobile Maintenance Coordinator either in Australia or overseas.
