Andrew Greenough

I have 12 years experience in insurance over a wide variety of roles including claims and underwriting. I also have experience in software testing and development knowledge, which is extremely useful in the etrade environment in looking for improvements to systems, broker experience and problem solving. I currently work across the whole of our etrade range of products which spans motor fleet, property packages and financial lines with my biggest interest being in the fleet product. My recent projects have included creating AXA's renewal proposition for the new online minifleet product, including system requirements, training, ensuring executed to minimise errors. Whilst working at AXA I have completed my Cert CII, which I find is key to my daily work due to the technical knowledge gained around terminology and also this has helpdesk me to understand how he rest of the insurance market works. I have moved onto the Diploma which I hope to have completed in the next 2 years.
