I am an experienced General Practice Surveyor with a strong specialism and proven track record working within all aspects of the Primary Care Market. My role involves dealing with development, leases, rent reviews, valuation as well as acquisitions and disposals in this field. My emphasis is primarily on Medical Centre, GP Practices, Pharmacies and Dentists. I am considered one of the country’s leading experts on surgery premises and primary care medical centres with over 20 years experience. I was previously at Aitchison Raffety where I was responsible for developing their services to the primary healthcare market in London and the surrounding areas. Originally trained with the Valuation Office, I also have extensive experience across a range of work for Government Departments through the District Valuer Services, advising on Business Rates assessments as well providing consultancy advice to NHS Trusts on valuations and disposals. I am a registered valuer and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
