Andrew P. Lederman is an experienced and seasoned attorney who regularly represents middle market companies as their outside general counsel. As such, he provides services in a number of different legal areas, including corporate matters, litigation, labor, tax and real estate matters. He acts as both a legal and a business advisor to his clients, who seek his guidance and advice on a variety of issues. As a result of his many years of experience, as well as the depth and breadth of expertise at Wilk Auslander, Andrew has been able to provide much valued legal advice to his clients. He recognizes the realities of today's competitive business environment in order to produce common sense and economical strategies to address today's business and legal controversies. In addition to his outside general counsel representations, Andrew regularly represents debtors, creditors, purchasers of distressed assets, landlords and other parties in interest in connection with bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workout. He has been involved in numerous litigations pending before Bankruptcy Courts in various jurisdictions. By working closely with each client, Andrew is able to identify the relevant issues and construct a plan tailored to the clients' specific needs, and as a result, he obtains successful outcomes on a regular basis. Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Andrew held positions in a number of prestigious New York law firms and has also been the head of his own practice. Andrew is a member of the American Bar Association.
