Andrew Levine

Andrew Levine is DSA's Program Director for the Enterprise Solutions Group located at Ft Dix, NJ where he also functions as the Business Intelligence Administrator for the Army Contracting Command. In support of the Army, Andrew manages a team responsible for the development and sustainment of the Virtual Contracting Enterprise (VCE) suite of tools.The VCE suite of tools has streamlined Army business processes, automated the capture and management of data, provided oversight of contracting activities and ensured that the contracting workforce is properly trained, qualified, and equipped to succeed in supporting the contracting mission. Andrew joined DSA in 2005 as the Business Intelligence Administrator for the CECOM Acquisition Center at Ft. Monmouth, NJ. Andrew was promoted to Program Manager in 2007. Andrew began supervising an Executive Council initiative in 2012, the DSA Technology Council. The Technology Council identified prominent technologies in the workspace, allowing DSA to leverage that knowledge as they supported customers and their initiatives.Andrew has a B.A. in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Rowan University. Andrew has also been certified in Security+, Business Objects and ITIL v3 Foundation and has achieved Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) status. Andrew has been supporting the federal government since 2001 and the Army acquisition community since 2002.
