Andrew Stedwell

Andrew Stedwell is a highly experienced and commercial CFO with significant private and public company experience including ASX listed. Andrew was appointed CFO and Director of Bauer Media Group in January 2012 and was successful in achieving significant change and delivering on high profile M&A programs. In December 2020, Andrew was appointed to the role of CFO of Ovata Ltd, a public ASX Listed company. From November 2020 Andrew was also the Managing Director and shareholder of his own private consultancy firm, working with both small and large businesses to achieve their business goals. Andrew has had broad finance and senior management commercial experience having held senior roles across finance, publishing, operations, general management and marketing.Prior to Bauer he worked as Chartered Accountant and Finance Manager for several public mining companies.He holds a graduate Degree in Business from Monash University, a post graduate diploma in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University, Andrew is also fellow of the Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA), a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a member of the CEO Institute.Andrew has held several Executive Director roles throughout his career including subsidiaries and joint ventures within Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
