I found out early in my career that it's all about relationships. Building and cultivating relationships with not only vendors, distributors, and industry connections but most importantly the relationships with the people immediately around you. Your teams and all of the supporting departments truly make things happen. I started with the company in 1997 when the store count was 22 locations. I have seen a lot of growth in the entire organization, from store growth to brand diversification to over 2,000 employees. The development of our restaurant managers and our team members is what motivates me every day. They are the true champions of our industry.
