At McKinsey & Co I draw on extensive senior leadership experience after 30 years in the oil and gas industry with ExxonMobil. As leader of the Commodity Trading practice in the Americas, I serve a broad range of clients across the energy and basic material sector. My international experience (US, Singapore, Australia and PNG) across the entire value-chain with a proven track record leading transformational change and business turnarounds helped me develop a deep understanding of all elements of the energy market. I’ve enjoyed a diversity of roles balanced across Operations and Commercial disciplines. These include Refinery General Manager, Investor Relations Manager, Public Board Director and President of International-Commodity Trading Business, Manager Mergers & Acquisitions Asia Pacific and several other governance and external facing roles. As a result I work with a broad range of clients on areas such as operational transformation, energy transition, trading and commercial strategy, digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions and portfolio strategy.
