Throughout my career I have had much success developing and implementing strategic plans that have increased operational efficiencies, reduced operating costs and improved profits. Successfully managed multiple special projects to include 15 site openings, 13 site closings and 10 major construction/renovation projects which were all completed within critical time and budget constraints. Developed and implemented strategic plans, partnering and leading many cross functional teams utilizing a hands-on approach. Launched continuous flow processes that led to increased operational efficiencies. This then led to reduction in operating costs and increase in profits.
