A qualified change manger with extensive experience in Multi-channel Retailing, I have recently returned from living and working in California’s Silicon Valley. Change management can be hard and is often an emotional journey for those going through it. I use the experience I've gained in creating future visions, married to the pragmatism needed to deliver programmes to work in the change delivery field, particularly in the retail and customer facing industries. I see a number challenges over the next few years. Customers are demanding greater choice across the various channel journeys and there will be a growing desire to tap into the next wave of IT developments across Big Data, wearables, security and the “internet of things”. But at the same time many companies are having to cope with the limitations imposed by legacy systems in their core backroom functions. I am looking to drive a customer led change programme and responding to these challenges. I currently work as an Associate consultant with Athito Retail. Previously I worked with the HP Envision team in Palo Alto, California as a facilitator. The Envision practice works with clients to help them shape their future vision, identify where they are today and how to bridge the gap between those points. Before that I was a Consulting Manager in the Javelin Group within the Operations practice. In this role I worked with Debenhams to help shape and deliver their Multi-channel Retail programme. My role at New Look Retailers was delivering multi channel retailing, including new EPOS, web, mobile, loyalty and international projects. Previously in M&S I led the programme to deliver a multi-channel selling platform. Before that I ran all activity associated to Peak trading; prior to this I worked in Store, Area and International management.
