An experienced and influential leader in executive and non executive positions including as a CEO and Chair of Board of Trustees. Has Chaired four different Boards and has delivered excellent outcomes in high profile and challenging environments across the housing association and not for profit sectors.Led on the secure management and delivery of several successful mergers and acquisitions and other major change programmes. Current Board has trebled turnover since becoming Chair.
