* Over 15 Years experience working within an igaming and Sportsbook environment in both B2B and B2C. * 5 Years experience as a senior Business Analyst within an igaming and Sportsbook environment using Waterfall, Scrum and Kanban methodologies. * Business Analysis experience on both front and back end on in-house tools as well as building on top of existing platforms and tools. * 4 Years experience in a Product Owner role exclusively around Sportsbook and Sportsbook Development. * Over 4 Years experience working in Software testing and Quality Assurance. * Knowledge of Quality Centre, BugZilla, Jira and Confluence for Change Request and Bug Management * Extensive experience within customer service, dealing with internal and external clients using both written and verbal communication. * An excellent general knowledge of betting and gaming industry. * High attention to detail. * Ability to work to tight deadlines. * Excellent telephone manner. * Basic HTML and SQL knowledgebase. * Good team player and equally adept to working on own initiative.
