About
I work as a Project Director within the SNC Lavalin Atkins Nuclear New Build Europe, Middle East and Africa business. My career in Atkins has spanned both the offshore wind and nuclear sectors and has covered new build, generation and decommissioning across markets in Asia, Europe and North America. Within nuclear I have been involved in the establishment of the Technical Support Alliance approach at EDF, helped to develop Atkins' Magnox decommissioning business, have worked for a number of new build clients both in the UK and in the UAE and have supported our Engage JV working on the ITER Fusion Reactor project.In offshore wind I led the business across opportunities covering the whole lifecycle of a development. During my involvement we worked across 60 offshore windfarms, we fully designed structures to support almost 4GW of generation, we fully designed structures to support over 6.5GW of power transmission and we provided Integrity Management services to over 1000 offshore structures.Prior to my time at Atkins I spent over 10 years working as a Project Manager on Infrastructure projects on a Nuclear Licensed site.
