Today, compounded by Covid-19, learning and growth of front-line F&B managers has stagnated further exacerbating these issues. Times like these require re-alignment in the operation – by reintroducing the hotel’s vision of F&B operations with creative strategies and steadfast execution. Over the last few years, V&A Hospitality has helped Luxury and boutique hotels with supporting Food & Beverage operations through a genuine hands-on hospitality approach. Time on-site is spent 100% in the operations (not in an office) – alongside division managers teaching them strategy, structure and creating efficiencies.
